Just a reminder that if anyone can't make it for one of their shifts, you absolutely must call me. I understand things happen, but if you're going to miss I need to know so that someone else, or I can clean the account. Not showing for a cleaning can seriously jeopardize our contracts, and this simply will not be tolerated. Any no call / no show will be dealt with, up to and including termination.
